- Tasked with Appraising, Western Union FLA, ticketing, Converge and Ecpay transactions.
- Knows the do's and don'ts in every transaction.
- To perform assigned duties by the Branch head to achieve targets.
- To practice Good Customer Service.
- Demonstrate customer service skills by anticipating, understanding, and addressing customer needs.
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Willing to assigned in any Sta. Monica Pawnshop Inc. Branch (Apalit, Angeles, Arayat, Bulaon, Candaba, Guagua, Madapdap, Masantol, Mexico, Minalin, Pandacaqui, Porac, Santa Rita, San Fernando, San Matias, Sta Ana, Pampanga)
- Knowledgeable on MS Word, Excel etc.
- Has good customer service
