Job Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of construction materials, tools, and equipment. The role ensures efficient warehouse operations while maintaining compliance with company procedures and regulations set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE).

• Receive, inspect, and document incoming construction materials and equipment.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory in the warehouse.
• Issue materials and tools based on approved requests (MRs, PRs, or requisition slips).
• Maintain accurate inventory records (manual logs or warehouse management systems).
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
• Ensure safe handling and storage of materials, including hazardous items if applicable.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and security.
• Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and procurement teams.
• Prepare inventory and usage reports for management.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1–3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management, preferably in construction.
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with inventory systems (Excel or warehouse software).
• Physically fit and organized, with attention to detail.
