About the role

This role is strategically important to maintaining customer satisfaction and retention, directly contributing to the success and reputation of VV Business Solutions, Inc.

1. Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding delivery account inquiries and issues
2. Process customer requests, including account modifications, billing inquiries, and service-related matters
3. Provide accurate and timely information about delivery services, products, and account status
4. Document all customer interactions and transactions in the company system with attention to detail
5. Resolve customer concerns and complaints professionally, escalating complex issues when necessary
6. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and maintain service standards
7. Meet and exceed performance targets including call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and first-call resolution rates
8. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience and issue resolution
9. Maintain professionalism and composure when handling difficult customers or challenging situations

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification; college education is advantageous
2. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
3. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities with a customer-focused mindset
4. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
5. Proficiency in using computer systems, CRM software, and MS Office applications
6. Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when interacting with diverse customers
7. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining consistent attendance
8. Prior call centre or customer service experience is preferred but not required
9. Flexibility to work in a shift-based environment, including possible weekend or evening shifts
