Job Description

We are currently looking for a Business & Compliance Officer to join a growing company in the Compliance & Risk sector. The role is full-time and onsite based in Ortigas, with the office relocating to Makati by the end of 2025. The ideal candidate has a solid background in compliance and account/program management, preferably in the gaming industry.

Location: Ortigas (will move to Makati by end of 2025)
Work Setup: Full-time | Onsite | Monday to Friday | 9 AM 6 PM
Salary Range: 50,000 70,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary liaison between the company, government agencies, and 3rd-party providers

Manage B2B accounts and all related communication and documentation

Ensure internal and external compliance with company policies and procedures

Maintain accurate records of policies, decisions, and project milestones

Coordinate and facilitate meetings, audits, and reporting activities

Oversee integration projects and ensure timely resolution of compliance issues

Support the audit process and post-audit compliance documentation

Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications:

Graduate of a 4-year course in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

Minimum 4 years of compliance experience, preferably in account or program management

Experience in the gaming industry is a strong advantage

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management

Familiarity with PAGCOR compliance is a big plus

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
