• Role Overview: We're hiring a highly analytical and experienced individual contributor who can execute tax operations and compliance. This role involves managing Philippine tax matters, updating new tax regulations and guidelines, and ensuring timely, accurate reporting across multiple accounts.
• Key Duties:
• Prepare tax returns, reports, and income tax schedules
• Handle BIR responses, protest letters, and tax examinations
• Monitor tax calendar and ensure compliance across multiple client accounts
• Coordinate with PEZA, BIR, and other government agencies
• Maintain and safeguard tax files and documentation
• Provide updates on tax regulations and assist in cross-jurisdictional matters
• Perform liaison work and issue BIR certificates
• Mentor team members and refresh best practices

✅ Qualifications:

• With at least 3 to 5 years' experience as Tax Officer as an individual contributor gained from reputable tax advisory companies or related industries
• Strong knowledge of PH tax rules, PEZA requirements, and accounting principles
• Proven experience handling multiple accounts on and government agency relations
• Highly analytical and organized
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• With good oral and communication skills in both written and oral English
• Experience from reputable firms is a strong advantage
