About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team at ISAIAH RESIDENCES PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION'. As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and facilities management of our residential properties in Mandaue City Cebu.This is a full-time role with opportunities for career development within our company.
What you'll be doing- Managing and coordinating all operational activities related to the upkeep and maintenance of our PROJECT PROGRESS AND DAILY OPERATIONS
- Supervising and leading a team of Engineers and admin personnel
- Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures and best practices to ensure efficient service delivery
- Liaising with clients, Lot owners and contractors to address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Preparing and monitoring operational budgets, and providing regular reports to senior management
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing innovative solutions to enhance the project subdivision.
- Ensuring full compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar operations or facilities management role, preferably in the real estate or property development industry
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to effectively coach, motivate and develop a team
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in budget planning, forecasting and financial management
- Solid understanding of property management principles, building maintenance, and compliance regulations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Degree or qualification in Property Management, Facilities Management or a related field is highly desirable
