About the role

Activation Machine Inc.', a dynamic and rapidly growing marketing company, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee multiple store/ account locations in the North Mindanao region. As the Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence, fostering team development, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer experiences across your assigned territory.

What you'll be doing
  1. Provide strategic leadership and oversight for a portfolio of store locations / multiple sites within the North Mindanao region
  2. Develop and implement effective operational strategies to maximise performance, productivity, and profitability
  3. Mentor, coach, and motivate area managers and their teams to enhance their skills and drive continuous improvement
  4. Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all assigned stores
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement initiatives that enhance the customer experience
  6. Analyse and interpret key performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and identify areas for growth and optimization
  7. Serve as a strong brand ambassador, fostering a positive and engaging company culture within your region
  8. Manage Area Managers and ensure 100% fulfillment and completion of services based on the service level of agreement.
  9. Collaborates strategies and plans with clients and stakeholders. Ensuring that discussions for upcoming projects, services and/or product offers are aligned and well-set.
  10. Directs the team on dealings with the client, customers and suppliers’ operational concerns.
  11. Proactively coordinates with client’s representatives regarding issues or concerns
  12. Developing and maintaining partnerships with current clients and ensuring long-term collaboration.
What we're looking for
  1. Proven track record of success in a multi-site retail management role, preferably in the consumer products industry
  2. Excellent people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making
  4. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  5. Familiarity with retail operations, including inventory management, customer service, and sales optimization
  6. Adaptability and agility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
  7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
