OPERATIONS AND OFFICE MANAGER
Overview:
The Operations and Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, ensuring smooth coordination of projects, and managing administrative, HR, and financial processes. This role serves as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensures efficient reporting, billing, and operational workflow.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office and operational activities
- Coordinate project operations, including monitoring project progress and reporting (in and out)
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, staff, and management
- Handle administrative, HR, and basic accounting functions
- Assist in financial processes, including billing, monitoring expenses, and coordination with accounting
- Manage and supervise staff, ensuring smooth workflow and communication
- Prepare operational and financial reports for management
- Ensure proper documentation and organization of company records
- Support overall business operations and strategic coordination
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or any related field
- Proven experience in operations, office management, or project coordination
- Background or training in accounting and finance is an advantage
- Knowledge in billing processes and financial coordination
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with administrative, HR, and accounting functions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Ability to oversee both people and financial operations
