The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial activities to ensure effective financial management, compliance with accounting standards, and support for strategic decision-making. This role involves monitoring budgets, preparing reports, handling transactions, and safeguarding the financial health of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

-Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare, analyze, and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Monitor company cash flow and ensure sufficient funds for operations.
Assist in the preparation and monitoring of budgets and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting principles, and financial policies.
Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory agencies during audits and inspections.

-Process payroll-related financial transactions in coordination with HR.

Implement and maintain financial controls and systems.
Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and recommendations to management.
Safeguard financial documents and maintain confidentiality of financial information.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
Minimum of [X] years’ experience in finance or accounting roles.
Solid knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
