Job Hiring: CLIENT RELATIONS OFFICER

We are currently seeking a motivated and professional Client Relations Officer to join our team in Cebu (Office hours: 9:30 AM - 6 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively
• Monitor client satisfaction and provide feedback to improve services
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate client records

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Proven experience in client relations, customer service, or a similar role is an advantaged
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Gmail
