Qualifications/Requirements
Key Responsibilities- Manage client communications via email, phone, and CRM
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver services on time
- Track accounts, provide updates, and follow up on actions
- Resolve client concerns and escalate when necessary
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with standards
- 1–2 years BPO/customer service experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in CRM and office tools
- Able to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Client-focused, detail-oriented, adaptable, and accountable
