Job Summary
Reporting to the VP - Finance, Supply Chain and Global Brands, the role serves as the strategic finance partner to Procurement and Manufacturing operations across three manufacturing sites and regional procurement teams spanning Asia and Europe.This role drives financial performance optimization, provides decision support for capital investments and sourcing strategies, and ensures robust financial planning processes across the supply chain value stream.

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field (required)
- MBA or advanced degree desirable but not required
- 6-8 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Decision Support, or Finance Business Partnering (including strong experience in P&L forecasting and analytics, balance sheet forecasting, multi-currency financial modeling, and currency impact analysis)
- Experience with trade procurement, vendor financial analysis and/or manufacturing operations in a multi-site environment (required)
- Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, industrial, or related industries preferred
- Minimum 2 years of people management or team leadership experience
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization with cross-functional collaboration
- Experience with Internal Audit, General Accounting, Consolidations, Project Management, a plus
