CLIENT: A non-unionized multinational manufacturing company
POSITION: Senior Human Resources Manager (Employee Relations) / Senior HR Business Partner (Employee Relations)
JOB LOCATION: Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
WORK SCHEDULE: 5 days a week (full-time, onsite)

ASSIGNMENT TYPE: Full-Time/Permanent

JOB SUMMARY: The Senior HR Manager (Employee Relations) / Sr. Hr Business Partner (Employee Relations) will lead and drive all ER strategies and initiatives for the manufacturing plant's operations. This role ensures a fair, compliant, and engaging work environment by managing labor relations, handling complex employee cases, and advising leadership on ER matters.

The position plays a key role in fostering a positive culture, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong relationships between employees, management, and unions within a manufacturing setting.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
Must have at least (10) years of HR experience with strong focus on Employee Relations; (5) years of which is in a management role
Must have extensive experience handling labor relations, grievances, and disciplinary cases in the manufacturing industry
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and compliance requirements
Proven experience in conducting investigations and managing complex ER cases
Strong communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Must be fluent in Bisaya/Cebuano dialect
Must be willing to work full-time and onsite in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu
