Sales Manager (North and Central Luzon) - multinational company

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and coach Sales Agents in the assigned territory.
Drive achievement of business objectives within the territory.
Manage individual territories in the following areas: Volume Achievement, AR Management, Price Management, and Coverage Strategy.
Monitor and oversee team accountabilities, including: Sales Performance, Stock Inventory Reconciliation, Daily Collection and Remittances, Status and Collection of outstanding AR, Proper use and Accountability of the Revolving Fund.

Skill and Competencies:

With Driver's License for at least a year and can drive Manual and Automatic Transmission.
Minimum of 4-5 years of Supervisory Experience and Field Sales Experience.
Strong Interpersonal Skills and are knowledgeable in Negotiation and Consultative selling.
With Proven Sales/Marketing Projects and Initiatives, Strong Organization, Communication, and People Skills.

Work Location: should be amenable to be assigned to do field work in areas covered by the assigned sales office

Work Schedule: Mondays to Saturdays, no fixed schedule and can start as early as 4:30 AM
