Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive Area Sales Manager to handle key accounts in North/Central Luzon. The role supports the Regional/National Sales Manager in leading sales teams, managing account strategies, and driving business growth through effective execution and strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Handle key accounts, sell products, and achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate and implement brand plans, strategies, and programs.
- Maintain strong client relationships and address concerns promptly.
- Manage inventory, returns, bad orders, account payables/receivables, and business reviews.
- Lead end‑to‑end management of assigned key account channel group.
- Drive Joint Business Planning and business reviews with principals and accounts.
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend counter‑strategies.
- Coordinate and evaluate trade activations and merchandising execution.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Merchandising) to resolve operational concerns.
- Provide regular reports and insights to support sales objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 3 years of FMCG experience handling key accounts or channel groups.
- Strong skills in people management, account management, and sales processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office; analytical skills required.
- Willing to travel and manage accounts in North/Central Luzon.
