About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing multidisciplinary team at Sandbox Clinic Greenhills. You’ll be working alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, and other specialists in a supportive environment that values collaboration, learning, and professional growth.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ developmental, sensory, and functional needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client’s goals and progress.
• Provide evidence-based therapy sessions focused on sensory integration, motor skills, self-care, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (SLPs, PTs, SpEd teachers, psychologists) to ensure holistic and client-centered care.
• Monitor, document, and evaluate clients’ progress, adjusting intervention plans when necessary.
• Educate and guide parents, caregivers, and teachers on strategies for home and school carryover.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and ongoing training programs.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and high-quality standards of care aligned with Sandbox’s values.

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC) – new passers are welcome to apply!
