At LRF Enrichment Learning Center, we believe academic success is only possible when a child feels regulated, capable, and confident. Since opening our doors in 2024, we have become a vital partner for students navigating the complexities of school life.
We are currently expanding our team and are looking for 4 passionate, Licensed Occupational Therapists to help us bridge the gap between our students' potential and their performance.
What You’ll Be Doing
Your work will focus on empowering school-age children (Preschool to 18 years old) to thrive. You will:
- Conduct Therapy Evaluations: Perform professional clinical assessments to determine the specific needs of our students.
- Develop Intervention Plans: Create individualized plans addressing fine motor control, sensory regulation, and executive functioning.
- Provide Direct Therapy: Deliver high-quality, evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with our Math and Literacy tutors to ensure our students' therapy goals align with their academic journey.
- Partner with Parents: Act as a key guide for our families. You will provide consistent, insightful feedback to parents, helping them understand their child's progress and coaching them on how to support development at home.

We value the specialized skill set required for clinical assessment.- Evaluation Compensation: We offer a distinct, specialized rate for all conducted therapy evaluations, separate from our standard session compensation.

- Credentials: Graduate of BS Occupational Therapy and a Licensed Occupational Therapist (PRC).
- Experience: Genuine interest in or experience with school-age intervention (Preschool through High School).
