IT Accounts Specialist

About the role

As an IT Accounts Specialist at Beacon Solutions, Inc.' you will be responsible for managing and maintaining key relationships with the company's IT clients. This full-time position is based in Quezon City Metro Manila and will involve working closely with our sales and technical teams to ensure our clients receive exceptional service and support.

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned IT accounts, building strong, collaborative relationships with clients
2. Understand client needs and requirements, and work with internal teams to develop and deliver customized solutions
3. Monitor client accounts, identify opportunities for additional services, and proactively communicate with clients
4. Coordinate the implementation of new products and services, ensuring a seamless experience for clients
5. Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to develop and execute account strategies
6. Provide regular updates and reports on account performance and client satisfaction
7. Assist with the resolution of client issues and escalate where necessary

1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in an IT software and hardware industry with a client-facing IT or account management role
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
3. Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts especially government and enterprise accounts
4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently when required
