Leasing Clerk (Construction)

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Will handle the preparation and filing of lease contracts, construction permits, and site inspection reports.
- Monitor the timeline of construction/renovation to ensure they are ready for tenant turnover.
- Act as a liaison between the Leasing department, Construction team, and external contractors.
- Assist in monitoring construction materials or office supplies needed for site development.
- Maintain accurate records of lease terms, construction costs, and project milestones in the company database.
- Occasional site visits to check project status and verify compliance with layout specifications.
- Graduate of any 4-year degree preferably with Latin Honors (Business, Engineering, or Architecture background is a plus).
- Fresh graduates with strong potential are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); knowledge of basic floor plans or construction terminology is an advantage.
