Procurement / Sourcing Specialist (Construction Materials & Services)

We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist who will play a key role in managing the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services. Reporting to the Procurement Manager, you will identify qualified suppliers, conduct bidding and negotiation processes, and ensure cost efficiency, quality, and compliance across all construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and pre-qualify suppliers for construction materials, equipment, and services.
• Conduct RFPs/RFQs, competitive bidding, and tender processes.
• Coordinate with user and finance teams for technical and commercial evaluations.
• Negotiate terms and pricing to achieve cost savings and quality compliance.
• Work with the Vendor Management team for contract creation and coordination.
• Ensure procurement activities are completed on time and within approved budgets.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the sourcing and procurement process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement or sourcing within the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Knowledgeable in bidding platforms, ERP systems, and supplier management.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
