Site Engineer

Job Description:
- Supervise and manage on-site installation of solar rooftop systems (civil, structural, and electrical works)
- Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, technical specifications, and standards
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams for site-specific adjustments and technical clarifications
- Plan and monitor daily site activities, manpower allocation, and material usage
- Conduct site surveys, inspections, progress reporting, and accomplishment reports
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper implementation of HSE procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for timely delivery of materials and services
- Perform quality control checks for installation, testing, and commissioning
- Assist in system testing, energization, and handover to the client
- Maintain proper documentation including as-built drawings, site reports, and checklists
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and local authorities when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred), Mechanical Engineering, or related field
Licensed Engineer (preferred but not required)
2–5 years of experience in construction or solar project execution
Experience in solar PV systems, electrical installation, or EPC projects is an advantage
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a service vehicle (manual and/or automatic)
Willing to travel frequently and be assigned to project sites
