Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor, inspect, and maintain production machinery and equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Coordinate machine installation, commissioning, and testing.
• Analyze equipment performance and recommend improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare maintenance reports, equipment records, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to support operational requirements.
• Manage spare parts inventory and recommend procurement of necessary materials.
• Assist in machine upgrades, modifications, and automation projects.
• Train operators on proper machine operation and basic maintenance procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage.
• At least 1–3 years of experience in machine maintenance, manufacturing, or industrial operations.
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical controls.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
