Maintenance engineer

Job Description

• Responsible for the upkeep and preventive maintenance on all facility, mechanical, electrical and other installed system to ensure safety standards.
• Responsible for the supervision of all maintenance and other technical support staff to ensure efficiency in the operation.
• Perform facility and equipment inspections and report on conditions affecting operations, determine the need for repairs of renovations and recommend actions to be taken.
• Prepare and ensure proper implementation of preventive maintenance of all major and minor equipment of the building.
• Conducts inspection of all on-going construction/renovation works and ensure compliance with the property's standards.
• Review utilities consumptions and strive to minimum costs.
• Supervise works of all external contractors.
• Comply with all safety procedures and requirements.
• Support any afterhours building needs and activities as required.
• Attend and conduct training sessions and seminars such as mantrap.
• Generates utilities consumption reports for processing of billings.
• Prepares the budget for repair and maintenance.
• Prepares weekly report regarding status of all facility and equipment.
• Ensures compliance with all government requirements of the building.
• Assist the property manager to ensure all equipment and facilities are in good condition.

• Licensed Mechanical/Electrical Engineer
• With experience in Property Management
