Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician ensures the 100% operational uptime and safety of multiple restaurant branches. You will be the primary technical responder for HVAC, electrical, and refrigeration systems, focusing on proactive maintenance to protect assets and reduce utility costs.

• Technical Maintenance: Perform monthly HVAC filter changes, electrical load audits, and refrigeration seal inspections.
• Asset Management: Implement schedules to double the lifespan of kitchen equipment (motors/compressors) and handle minor plumbing/carpentry repairs.
• Compliance & Risk: Maintain detailed logs for Health Dept and BFP audits; lead emergency responses to prevent inventory spoilage.
• Financial Control: Improve system efficiency to lower bills and supervise external contractors for specialized certifications.
• Reporting: Communicate daily with Restaurant Managers and provide technical reports in English to Senior Leadership.

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 2–5 years in facilities maintenance, ideally within a multi-unit F&B or retail environment.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) troubleshooting; HVAC-R Certification is highly preferred.
• Communication: Strong command of English for management reporting.
• Attributes: Mobile and hands-on; capable of rotating across different city locations.

• Monthly Salary: ₱24,000 – ₱28,000+ (Based on experience).
