HR Specialist

The HR Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for Brand Sandbox and coordinating company-wide training and development programs. The role ensures timely hiring of qualified candidates, effective onboarding, and implementation of learning initiatives that support employee capability and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment – Brand Sandbox- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all Brand Sandbox positions, from requisition to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, job specifications, and hiring timelines.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, employee referrals, schools, and industry networks.
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring manager interviews.
- Facilitate assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
- Prepare job offers and oversee pre-employment requirements.
- Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring progress.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
- Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate the implementation of the company's annual training and development plan.
- Consolidate and monitor training requests from all departments.
- Organize internal and external training programs, seminars, and workshops.
- Coordinate training logistics, schedules, materials, and attendance tracking.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, feedback, and post-training assessments.
- Maintain training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
- Assist in identifying learning and development opportunities to support employee growth and business objectives.
- Prepare recruitment and training reports, dashboards, and analytics.
- Maintain recruitment and training databases and records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives as needed.
- Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the department manager.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment and training coordination.
- Experience hiring for creative, marketing, branding, digital, or commercial roles is an advantage.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of training administration and learning & development processes.
- Proficient in HRIS, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
