The HR Specialist is primarily responsible for leading Talent Acquisition and Employee Engagement initiatives that support the organization’s people strategy. The role also contributes to the review and enhancement of HR programs and policies to strengthen overall operational standards and consistency.
In close partnership with the HR Manager, the position supports the development and execution of employee experience programs that foster optimism, collaboration, and an inclusive organizational culture.
Job Responsibilities:
A. Recruitment:
You will take the lead in shaping our talent pipeline by actively driving the end-to-end recruitment process. This includes crafting job postings that attract the right candidates, screening applications, conducting initial interviews, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience.
- Build and maintain an organized, reliable Applicant Tracking System that supports efficient hiring decisions.
- Oversee and continuously improve onboarding processes to ensure every new hire starts strong and confident.
- Provide support to the Human Resource Manager in contract preparation and ensure all employment documents are accurate, complete, and aligned with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
B. Employee Engagement:
You will play a key role in building a workplace where people feel valued, heard, and motivated to do their best work.- Driving employee engagement initiatives and company-wide activities that boost morale and strengthen team connection.
- Serving as a key point of coordination for employee feedback, ensuring concerns are properly surfaced, addressed, and tracked.
- Supporting initiatives that enhance communication, recognition, and employee well-being across the organization while ensuring alignment with internal guidelines and standards.
- Ensuring employee movements and updates are communicated in a timely, clear, and compliant manner, with proper documentation and approvals in place.
C. HR Standard Operating Procedures:
You will contribute to strengthening the foundation of our HR systems and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.- Participate in the review and enhancement of HR programs, policies, and work instructions to ensure alignment with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Enforce documentation and record-keeping standards to ensure accuracy, audit readiness, and compliance with applicable labor requirements.
- Support the Human Resource Manager in compliance-related initiatives, reporting, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure that HR processes are consistently implemented in accordance with approved policies, ethical standards, and labor regulations.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management OR Psychology.
- A minimum of 3 (Three) years work experience handling recruitment and employee engagement activities. Work experience in facilitating training is a plus, but not required.
- With good analytical skills, organized, keen on details, proactive, and with great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity using google applications is a must.
- Knowledgeable in HRIS/HR System is an advantage.
- Capable of adapting to a fast-paced, diverse environment.
- Committed in adhering to confidentiality matters and appropriately handling sensitive human resources information with caution.
- Willing to work onsite BGC, Taguig from Monday through Saturday.
