Sales Manager (Urgent, Multiple Full Time Positions w/ Sales Commission)

We are seeking results-driven Sales Managers to lead and scale our revenue growth across three specialized commercial divisions: Audio Visual Systems, Key Accounts Management, and HVAC Systems.

The ideal candidate must have a sharp commercial instinct with industry-specific technical expertise. You will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, managing client relationships, and leading a high-performing sales process from initial technical consultation through to closing.

Core Responsibilities:

  • -Develop and implement localized sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Actively prospect, qualify, and manage a robust B2B sales pipeline.
  • Partner with engineering, facilities, and procurement teams to understand their structural needs and position our technical solutions effectively.
  • Lead the preparation of technical sales proposals, commercial tenders, and competitive bids.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with internal project managers, design engineers, and estimation teams to ensure accurate scopes of work and smooth project handovers.
  • Develop account and sales management reports.
  • Monitor competitive landscapes and market drivers to support strategic, sustainable growth across the product and service portfolio.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, established relationships with system integrators and installers, and a proven ability to manage complex projects from lead generation to project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a relevant technical field.
  • AV Systems: Familiar with commercial sound systems, video conferencing environments, LED video walls, digital signage, and network-integrated AV (AV-over-IP).
  • HVAC Systems: Deep understanding of commercial HVAC equipment (chillers, VRF systems, air handling units), energy efficiency standards, and building management systems (BMS).
  • Key Accounts Management: Experience in managing high-value, multi-site enterprise clients and institutional contracts across the company's entire solution ecosystem.
  • Proven history of meeting or exceeding individual or team sales quotas in a B2B technical environment.
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills. Proficient with CRM platforms and project estimation tools.
