Position Overview

We are looking for a highly strategic and commercially driven Senior Sales Manager / Senior Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and market expansion for a fast-growing HRIS and SaaS solutions company.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned B2B sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales, business development, and relationship management within the Philippine corporate landscape. This role requires someone with strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, active industry connections, and the ability to confidently represent the company in high-level business engagements.

The successful candidate will lead overall business development initiatives, strengthen the company’s market visibility, and drive aggressive sales growth through strategic partnerships and strong client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Revenue Growth
  • Lead overall sales and business development initiatives for HRIS, Payroll, and SaaS solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company growth objectives and revenue targets.
  • Drive aggressive client acquisition and pipeline growth across enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, HR leaders, and C-level executives.
  • Conduct high-level sales presentations, negotiations, and solution-based selling discussions.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Market Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
  • Strengthen the company’s visibility within the HR Technology and SaaS industry.
  • Expand business networks through active participation in organizations, associations, and industry events.
  • Establish strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities within target industries.
  • Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities to support growth initiatives.
Leadership & Collaboration
  • Provide leadership and direction in driving overall business development initiatives.
  • Work closely with implementation, operations, and leadership teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and customer success.
  • Contribute strategic insights and recommendations to executive leadership regarding revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Support initiatives that improve client engagement, retention, and overall business performance.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Management, IT, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Sales Leadership roles.
  • Proven experience within:
  • HRIS / HRMS
  • Payroll Systems
  • SaaS

  • Outsourcing Services
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales and revenue targets.
  • Must be able to clearly present previous quotas, sales performance, and business growth achievements.
  • Extensive local market exposure and strong network within Philippine corporate industries.
  • Active participation or strong connections within business organizations and industry associations is highly preferred.
  • Strong executive presence and confidence in handling high-level client engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Filipino.
  • Highly proactive, commercially driven, and results-oriented.
