Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to lead sales and business development efforts for a hotel in Quezon City. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the Quezon City market, an established network within corporate and local business communities, and proven experience in increasing hotel occupancy and driving revenue growth.

This role requires a proactive sales professional who can identify opportunities, build partnerships, and execute effective sales strategies to improve occupancy performance and maximize revenue.

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
• Identify and secure new business opportunities from corporate accounts, travel agencies, government sectors, event organizers, and walk-in markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and clients within the Quezon City area
• Conduct regular sales calls, site visits, presentations, and client meetings
• Negotiate contracts, room rates, and group bookings to maximize profitability
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and local events to identify sales opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create promotions and packages that drive bookings
• Prepare sales forecasts, occupancy reports, and revenue performance updates
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships

• Strong understanding of the Quezon City market and surrounding business districts
• Existing network of corporate clients, travel agencies, and local business partners
