Job Summary:

The Leasing Manager is responsible for overseeing the leasing operations of residential, commercial, or industrial properties. The role includes managing tenant acquisition, lease negotiations, occupancy targets, and ensuring high tenant satisfaction while maximizing property revenue.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Handle tenant inquiries, applications, and lease negotiations.
Prepare, review, and manage lease agreements and contracts.
Market available properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.
Conduct property tours and presentations for prospective clients.
Monitor lease expirations and manage renewals or terminations.
Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams for tenant concerns.
Maintain accurate leasing records and tenant databases.
Ensure compliance with leasing policies, legal requirements, and company standards.
Prepare regular leasing reports and occupancy updates for management.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants and clients.
