LEASING OFFICER

• Mainly handles lease contract renewals.
• Handles non-renewal and pre-termination of lease agreements.
• Provides excellent customer service to our leases.
• Updates lease information regularly.
• Safekeeps all contracts

• Graduate of Business Administration, Marketing, Business Management, Economics, Communication, Retail, Real Estate or any other related course.
• With at least two (2) years relevant work experience in leasing field.
• Must have background and knowledge in Lease Contracts and Amendments
• Ability to understand the goals and business processes of the shopping center industry, customer service and clerical & administrative processes.
• Has good understanding of the Leasing Operation role in the organization and access this expertise in support of a positive corporate environment.
• Possess strong professional communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop rapport with all people at all levels is a must.
• Pro-active with positive attitude, independent and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work well under pressure and with minimum supervision.
• Able to work as part of a team and to communicate effectively with all team members.
• Able to identify improvements to processes and is open minded about change
