The Environmental Analyst or Environmental Compliance Engineer is responsible for monitoring and ensuring the company's compliance with environmental laws, regulations, and environmental management programs. The position conducts environmental monitoring, analyzes environmental data, prepares regulatory reports, and supports the implementation of environmental sustainability initiatives to minimize the company's environmental impact.
Qualifications/Requirements- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or any related field.
- Accredited Pollution Control Officer (PCO) or willing to undergo PCO accreditation.
- Experience in food manufacturing or industrial operations is an advantage.
- Knowledgeable in Philippine environmental laws and regulations, including DENR requirements.
- Familiar with environmental monitoring, wastewater analysis, air quality monitoring, waste management, and pollution control.
- Knowledgeable in ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and environmental compliance requirements is an advantage.
- Proficient in preparing environmental reports, data analysis, and technical documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physically fit and willing to conduct field inspections, environmental monitoring, and site assessments.
