RAC Maintenance Technician (Refrigeration and Air Conditioning)

Location: Cebu, Cotabato, Davao

Responsible for the preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of refrigeration and air conditioning (RAC) systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system faults.
• Install, test, and commission RAC units and related components.
• Monitor system performance, refrigerant levels, and operating conditions.
• Conduct routine inspections and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment records.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests and equipment breakdowns.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of RAC Servicing, HVAC, Refrigeration Technology, or related vocational/technical course.
• TESDA NC II in RAC Servicing is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in refrigeration and air conditioning maintenance.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical controls, and refrigeration principles.
• Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and equipment specifications.
• Willing to work on-site, overtime, or on shifting schedules as needed.
