Posted on 24 April 2026Conduct medical consultations, diagnosis, and treatment of employees
Provide medical clearance for fitness to work and return-to-work evaluations
Manage workplace health programs and occupational health surveillance
Respond to medical emergencies and provide immediate care when needed
Oversee the work of the Company Nurse and clinic operations
Maintain and review employee medical records and health reports
Recommend referrals to specialists or hospitals when necessary
Conduct health education, seminars, and wellness programs for employees
Monitor and assess workplace health risks and conditions
Ensure compliance with DOLE Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) Standards
Prepare medical and health-related reports for management and regulatory bodies
Qualifications/Requirements
Licensed Medical Doctor (MD) with valid PRC licensePreferably with training or experience in Occupational Medicine
Knowledge of DOLE OSH Standards and workplace health regulations
Experience in clinical practice, hospital, or corporate health setting is an advantage
