Property Manager (Civil Engineer)

About the role

Bestoptions Assistance, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Property Manager (Civil Engineer) to join our team in Manila City, Metro Manila. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring the optimal performance and satisfaction of our clients and tenants.

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties, including maintenance, repairs, and tenant management
2. Developing and implementing property management strategies to maximise occupancy rates and rental income
3. Conducting regular property inspections and coordinating with contractors and vendors to address any issues
4. Handling tenant inquiries, lease negotiations, and renewals in a professional and timely manner
5. Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies
6. Preparing and analysing financial reports, budgets, and performance metrics
7. Collaborating with the broader team to identify and implement improvements to the property management process

1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
2. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in property management, preferably in the residential sector
3. Strong understanding of construction, maintenance, and building systems
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders
5. Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and reporting
6. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
8. Proficient in using property management software and Microsoft Office suite
