Property Manager

DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Property Manager. The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree related to Property Development, Real Estate Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Finance, or Business Management
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Adept in different facets of Property Management such as financials, facilities, and community administration
• With excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
• Preferably already holding the same position for at least 4-5 years
• Willing to be assigned in properties located within Metro Manila (Quezon City, Parañaque, Mandaluyong, Taguig, and Pasig areas)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire property from its financials, technical maintenance, upkeep and housekeeping, security, legal compliances, community development, and overall administration
• Establish and implement collection strategies to ensure that the property has sufficient funds for its daily operations, upkeep, and project enhancement
• Ensure that the property is well-kept including its overall structure, facilities, equipment, and common areas by enforcing strict housekeeping and maintenance practices
• Ensure that the property is safe from hazards and dangers and is secured at all times
• Establish a healthy community relationship through enforcement of community development programs such as the creation of community development council and community events
• Achieve excellent customer experience by ensuring that property management services are delivered timely (within SLA) and with quality
