Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Property Sales Team Lead to oversee daily sales operations and support business growth. The ideal candidate has strong real estate sales experience, leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive team performance and client acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and guide the sales team in achieving quotas
- Create and execute sales plans and client acquisition strategies
- Manage property presentations, site visits, and client negotiations
- Ensure smooth coordination from inquiry handling to closing
- Organize open houses, broker events, and sales activations
- Build networks with brokers, investors, and potential clients
- Work closely with Marketing to maximize lead conversion
- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience
- With leadership or supervisory experience
- Preferably from the real estate industry
- Knowledgeable in CRM platforms and digital lead generation
- Strong people management and closing skills
- Highly motivated and customer-focused
