Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Staff Member to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality clinical support and patient care under the direction of licensed physicians or senior medical personnel.

This position plays a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of the facility and delivering excellent service to patients.

Responsibilities:

Assist physicians and nursing staff in the examination and treatment of patients.
Record patients' medical history, vital statistics, and other relevant information.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to healthcare providers.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with privacy regulations.
Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

Certification in medical assisting, nursing, or a related healthcare field (preferred).
NCII Caregiving or Healthcare Service Provider Certification
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (may be required).
Proven experience in a clinical or hospital setting is a plus.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment.
