EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in a related field is an advantage.
- Computer Literate
- Can start ASAP
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative work is preferred.
- Experience with encoding software or database systems is a plus.
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and data entry systems.
- Comfortable using computers, office equipment, and data management systems.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
- Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts, if required.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Preferably living within Toledo Cebu City
