I. Job Summary
- Privacy and Security Specialist will be responsible in developing, revising, implementing policies and audit documents, will work together with our Information Security and Privacy Manager.
II. Duties and Responsibilities
Audit and Risk Assessment:
- Experience in internal and external audit and risk assessment to identify vulnerabilities and evaluate risks.
Monitoring of Audit Corrective Program and other compliance:
- Oversee the implementation and monitoring of corrective actions identified through audits and assessments to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement of security and privacy posture.
Training and Awareness Program Development:
- Design and deliver training and awareness programs to educate employees on security and privacy policies, procedures, and best practices, building a culture of compliance and accountability across the organization.
Customer/Support Communication and Collaboration:
- Work closely with customers/internal and support teams to address security and compliance inquiries, provide guidance, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration to meet contractual and regulatory requirements.
Time Management:
- Exhibit strong time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage projects concurrently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Policy Support:
- Assist the Security and Privacy Manager in developing, revising, and implementing SOPs, policies, and procedures to enhance security and privacy controls and align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Learner's Attitude:
- Demonstrate a proactive learner's attitude by actively seeking opportunities for learning and professional development, asking questions, providing feedback, and addressing potential issues to support continuous improvement and growth.
- Regularly prepares and submits reports on programs and tasks.
- Experienced in organizing and conducting training sessions.
- Eager to learn new technologies and processes, with a particular interest in the Data Protection Act and ISO standards.
- Proficiency in MS 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Power BI is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of administrative experience; ISO auditing experience is a plus
