Supervisor- Cranes and Hoists Maintenance

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Supervisor - Cranes and Hoists Maintenance to join our team.

Qualifications:

Graduate of any Engineering course (Mechanical, Electrical. Electromechanical or related field.

Trained and certified to work with Cranes and Hoists by the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) or any recognized certification body.

Must possess a valid Rigging Certification

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience working with various cranes and hoists in industrial plants.

Strong knowledge of crane and hoist operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, inspection and safety standards

Proven leadership and supervisory experience in an industrial environment.

Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Duties and responsibilities:

Supervise the maintenance, repair, inspection and troubleshooting of overhead cranes, hoists and related lifting equipment

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies and industry standards

Lead and coordinate maintenance personnel to achieve operational objectives

Prepare maintenance schedules , reports and documentation

Coordinate with clients, contractors, and management regarding maintenance activities and equipment status

Ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime through preventive and corrective maintenance programs

Work Schedule:

Day Shift

Must be willing to render overtime work, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts when required by operational needs
