Job Description:
- Oversee corporate orders from inquiry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within business and corporate accounts to drive revenue growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client needs, coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
- Analyze account performance and order trends, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to corporate partners.
- Manage and grow relationships with corporate clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
Qualifications:
- Candidate must be a graduate of any course.
- With experience in B to B account management, sales or client-facing roles.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
