Client Overview
  • The client is a recruitment agency based in the UK, specializing in permanent placements in the healthcare and social sectors.
  • The agency supports multiple clients across the UK and is experiencing increased demand, seeking a virtual assistant to handle administrative and research tasks.
  • This support enables the recruitment team to focus on higher-level activities, helping the business scale efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Candidate Screening & Shortlisting
  • Review CVs and shortlist candidates for active job openings, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
  1. Candidate Outreach & Pipeline Management
  • Conduct outbound candidate outreach, primarily via LinkedIn.
  • Manage candidate pipelines, including sending materials and re-engaging prospects.
  1. Administrative & System Management
  • Update and maintain ATS/CRM systems (primarily Zoho).
  • Handle emails, texts, and support general administrative and research tasks.
Required Tools & Skills
  • ATS/CRM: Zoho
  • Outreach & Sourcing: LinkedIn, job boards (access may be provided)
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT) for workflow automation
  • Strong English communication skill.

Technical Requirements:
