- Coordinating and conducting interviews with potential candidates
- Assisting with the onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting the overall talent acquisition strategy for the organisation
- Collaborating with the HR team to enhance recruitment and hiring processes
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using HR and applicant tracking software
