Job Description:
- Manages full-cycle recruitment for assigned accounts — drafting ads, sourcing, interviewing, testing, job offers and conducting background checks.
- Maintains strong client relationships by scheduling interviews and assisting clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Delivers shortlists and reports to clients promptly.
- Screens resumes, conducts in‑depth interviews, checks references, and discusses compensation/benefits with selected candidates.
- Ensure all recruitment tools are maximized and are candidates' status are dispositioned correctly
- Ensure that status in database and trackers are up-to-date
- Assist in completion of pre-employment requirements of qualified applicants.
- Manage Monthly Targets
Qualifications:
- 3–6 years’ full‑cycle recruitment experience, with proven success sourcing and closing top candidates
- Skilled in talent‑acquisition strategies using modern tools, networks, and creative sourcing techniques
- Experience hiring across various fields: Specifically Sales, Finance and Manufacturing Requirements
- Strong collaborator with business leaders; translates hiring needs into effective recruitment plans
- Adept at stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and offer negotiation
- Trusted advisor to hiring managers and candidates, building long‑lasting relationships
- Able to work in Makati and BGC, Taguig ; comfortable with a hybrid setup (4x/week onsite)
