PRIMARY FUNCTIONS OF THE GENERAL MANAGER

Manage End-to-end Operations, including Production, Procurement, Maintenance, Engineering, Projects, EHS, HR, Finance, IT, Supply Chain and Local Sales for the Cagayan site, along with the operations P&L of the site
Responsible for being the custodian of all regulatory, statutory and compliance requirements as required to operate the site
Lead raw material purchases, stockholding, working capital and cash flow activities
Ensure supply and production sustainability of activated carbon for Donau Carbon Frankfurt and fulfil the monthly operations plan
Lead and develop a Team of currently 130 employees, adhering to company values and our standards for safety, excellence, quality and ethics
Establish budget figures and control the plant’s performance with a focus on continuous productivity improvements
Support and develop company policies, SOPs, objectives and control systems in line with Group policies
Develop and maintain the relationships with authorities, key vendors and other key stakeholders

Qualifications/Requirements

Master in Civil Engineering
MBA in Marketing & International Business and Logistics
30years experience as Manufacturing Engineer, Technical Service Manager, Multi-Culture Set-up
P&L Accountability
With strong greenfield development experience
With experience in all functions including procurement, HR & Finance.
