DATA ENTRY OFFICER (THAI & ENGLISH SPEAKER)

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Officer who is fluent in both Thai and English. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining company records and databases while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

This role requires strong administrative, communication, and computer skills to support daily office operations and reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, verify, and update data into company databases and systems accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize records, documents, and files for easy retrieval.
  • Generate reports and assist in preparing administrative documents as required.
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and make necessary corrections.
  • Coordinate with various departments to collect and update information.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
  • Assist with general administrative and office support tasks.
  • Support management with data analysis and reporting when needed.

Qualifications/Requirements

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Office Administration, or any related field.
  • Fluent in Thai and English (written and spoken).
  • Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or office operations is an advantage.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain and update databases, records, and reports accurately.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
