IT SUPERVISOR

About the role

Salon de Rose, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Supervisor to join our team in our Cebu City, Cebu office. As an IT Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our information technology systems and network infrastructure, ensuring the seamless and efficient running of our business.

1. Manage and lead a team of IT professionals, including assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and providing guidance and support
2. Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our network, servers, and other IT systems
3. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure the security and reliability of our IT infrastructure
4. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their technology needs
5. Provide technical support and training to end-users, as needed
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and recommend and implement improvements to our IT systems
7. Manage and monitor IT budgets and resources to ensure cost-effective and efficient use of technology

1. Proven experience as an IT Supervisor or in a similar leadership role in the IT industry
2. Extensive knowledge of network administration, server management, and IT security best practices
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex IT issues
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
5. Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and meet deadlines
6. Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards
7. Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT, such as a degree in Computer Science or a related field
