Is currently looking for:

HR OFFICER

As our HR Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions such as employee engagement, recruitment, employee discipline, and general administration. Your contributions will help foster a positive work environment and align HR practices with the company’s goals to support our mission of helping people find happy careers.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR, particularly in employee engagement, recruitment, and training.
  • Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to managing employee documentation, tracking, and reporting.
  • People Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with employees and effectively manage relationships.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration (major in Human Resources Development Management), or related field.
  • Behavioral Competencies: Courage to speak up, accept feedback, reliability, exceed expectations, solutions-oriented.
  • Technical Competencies: Basic knowledge of HR practices and policies, familiarity with HR software and systems, and proficient in Google Workspace, MS Teams, and other relevant office tools.
