KH CEBU CORPORATION is a Japanese owned garment’s manufacturing company based in Mactan Economic Processing Zone 1 (MEPZ 1), Lapu-Lapu City. We produce ladies clothings/apparel and accessories for export.

We are urgently looking for a flexible, hardworking individual to fill up the position of:

HR OFFICER (URGENT HIRING)

With the following qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology
• 1-2 years Compliance experience is an advantage
• Has general knowledge on Employment Laws and Practices
• Compliance experience like; PCO, SO, PEZA, BFP, DOLE, DENR is a great advantage.
• With strong but pleasing personality
• Can work under pressure with less supervision
• Can do multitasking and flexible with time
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills, Interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Job Description:

• Perform all HR related task in the company
• General HR Administration
• Manage in Recruitment process.
• Maintaining company files and updates employees records
• Manage in Employees Compensation and benefits.
• Manage in Employees Training and Development
• Assist HR Manager for company compliance.
